All purchases are shipped either by First Class or Priority mail, depending on the weight and destination. We will send you an email advising of the shipment, and providing the delivery confirmation number or tracking number, if there is one, when your order is shipped.
We do not offer insurance but may insure larger shipments at our cost.This will not change the shipping rates we charge. We do not ship by express or overnight mail, and do not ship by UPS or FedEx.
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges on sales to addresses outside the U.S. We cannot provide information on how much these charges will be and cannot pre-pay them.
If the item you purchase is in stock, we will mail it to you within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Some items will be ordered from our supplier, which may delay shipment to you, usually by no more than a week.
Mail to addresses inside the United States takes 2 to 5 days. Delivery times to addresses outside the United States can vary widely and we have no control over this.
Occasionally, when we order an item from our suppliers, we learn that they do not have it in stock. If this happens, we will notify you immediately by email and refund your money in full. If you should wish to modify or cancel your order, please let us know by email right away. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
We are human and sometimes make mistakes. If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, please contact us right away. We will arrange to send you a replacement and we will pay for the shipping both ways.
If you are not happy with the item you purchased, and simply want to return it or exchange it, please contact us. We handle these situations on a case by case basis. If we agree to take the item back, we will give you an exchange or a store credit. We will not refund the purchase price. In addition, you must pay the return postage.
DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US AND OBTAINING OUR CONSENT. If we receive an item back that we did not agree to take back, we may keep it and not give a refund, credit or exchange.
Please be sure you have entered your correct shipping address when you check out. If a package does not arrive because you gave us the wrong address and it is returned to us, we will remail it one time only at our expense after confirming your correct address. If the package is lost in the mail because you gave us the wrong address, it will not be replaced.
We accept payment from anywhere in the world by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept money orders or personal checks, All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept payment in non-U.S. funds or currency at any time.
Most of the images of our merchandise posted in this web site are provided to us by our suppliers, and are very accurate. Please be aware, however, that dye colors can vary from lot to lot. We have no control over this. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the item you purchase will look exactly like the image on our web site.
Most of the clothing that we sell is made of cotton and is pre-shrunk. This does not mean, however that an item cannot shrink more, both in width and in length. We do not guarantee against shrinkage, even if the item is labeled as pre-shrunk.
